About CJD Technologies
CJD Technologies LLC is a software company and its own publisher. Products are built in-house and released directly: on the web, and as mobile apps listed under CJD Technologies LLC on the App Store and Google Play.
FSM Navigator is our first application. It handles dispatch, scheduling, and invoicing for companies that run field service operations, and mobile apps are available for their technicians to use on the go.
Company history
CJD Technologies LLC was founded in Illinois in 2026 by Jahn Dawoud, its Chief Executive Officer and sole member.
The company came out of fourteen years in managed print. Four of those were spent in the field — a service territory, a full day of driving, and whatever field service application the employer had bought that year. The ten that followed were in IT, supporting businesses running field service platforms of their own. Different companies, different products, the same short list of problems: dispatch made without current information, schedules rebuilt by hand each morning, software that got in the technician's way.
Prototype work began in late 2025. CJD Technologies LLC was registered the following year to develop and publish the result, and FSM Navigator is the company's first application.
